Once you have purchased breakdown cover from us, we can't upgrade it or change it so it is essential you choose the correct cover to meet your needs before you purchase. For example we cannot change a UK cover to a European cover, or change a Vehicle cover policy to a Personal cover policy.
We can cancel the policy if you contact us within the cooling off period (14 days from the day of purchase or the day on which you receive your policy documentation, whichever is the later), you will receive a refund of the premium paid, less a proportionate deduction for any time we have provided cover and our non refundable set up fee, provided no claims have been made or are pending.
After the 14 days, we can still cancel your policy but no refund is payable.
