You may cancel your policy at any time. If you are cancelling within the 14 day cooling off period from purchase then a full refund will apply providing you haven't made a claim on the policy, less any cancellation fees.
If you wish to cancel your policy after the 14 day cooling off period then you will receive a proportionate refund of premium less our cancellation fees. There will be no refund of premium if you have made a claim.
