We can adjust your cover if needed. You would be charged for the additional cover and an adjustment fee as per your policy terms.
A cancellation fee is not charged if you cancel your policy, however the Policy Administration Fee which was charged when cover was arranged or renewed is non-refundable if you cancel the policy at any time. Please see the below information:
Cancelling before the cover starts
If you decide to cancel your policy before the cover starts, you will receive a refund of the premium paid less the Policy Administration Fee.
Cancelling after the cover has started (Single Trip Policies of up to and including 28 days or less):
Policies up to and including 28 days duration do not have statutory cancellation rights but you can request cancellation through the Eversure website https://www.eversure.com/contact.aspx, or by writing to our registered address but no refund of premium is due.
Cancelling after the cover has started (Single Trip Policies of 29 days or more and Annual Policies):
You are entitled to cancel this policy at any time by notifying Us through the Eversure website https://www.eversure.com/contact.aspx, or by writing to our registered address.
You will receive a return of premium at a proportional daily rate depending on how long the policy has been in force, subject to the Policy Administration Fee.
